We welcome parents seeking support for their young children with developmental disabilities, teens and adults with mental health difficulties like anxiety, depression, or trauma, and those who aren’t yet sure what their specific needs are but are ready to take their first step toward living less burdened.

Meet Our Team
Mallory L. Cook
Founder/Lead PsychologistMallory is a warm and empathetic psychologist who has a passion for supporting people with compassion, patience, and understanding. She values a holistic and individualised approach, recognising that each person’s journey is unique.
Outside of her work, Mallory enjoys taking her dog for walks and spending time reading, bringing a sense of balance and mindfulness to both her personal and professional life.
Mallory integrates evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to help clients build insight, resilience, and lasting change. Mallory is committed to creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered in their journey.

Mitchell Jones (starting July 2026)
Mitchell is passionate about helping people to find freedom from hopelessness, despair, and unhelpful coping by supporting people’s core beliefs and thinking patterns. Mitchell believes that every person is profoundly valuable and unique and considers it a true privilege to help people to discover their strengths and capability.
Mitchell is a musician, an avid reader, and enjoys a wide range of sports. He has completed a Bachelors Degree (Honours) in psychology, is currently completing a Masters of Professional Psychology, and has recently had a paper on Narrative Therapy published in “Psycho-Oncology”. Other therapeutic approaches that Mitchell is learned in include cognitive behavioural therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy.
Appointments with Mitchell are will available from July 2026 ~ he looks forward to supporting his clients on their wellbeing path.
